loving seacrest so far the office staff is always friendly and very helpful. Any issues have been addressed and fixed in a timely manner! no noise coming into my Apartment. i am close to everything. laundry, pool, dog station friendly neighbors

I can’t not express my gratitude enough for such an amazing person! Alexandra is such an amazing person! She has really looked out on me and my grand daughters! I have experienced a terrible hardship during COVID from losing wages to almost losing my life due to health issues to say the least, but thanks to Ms Alcala she ensured us that everything would be ok! She kept me with every update that I needed as well as checked on us to make sure we were ok!! You don’t find many people with a heart of gold like her! I mean I could literally go on and on about how amazing she is but it would take me months to finish the story! Just know that Seacrest wouldn’t be what it is without her! She’s awesome and amazing! Two thumbs up and stars to infinity for Alexandra Alcala ??

I’ve lived in Seacrest going on two years now, and I have enjoyed my two apartments :) The staff is helpful especially at the resident center. The maintenance is always on top of my request or work orders. I’ve had little to no issues with my apartments, the only thing is parking.. just because there is so many residents parking can be tough, I sometimes have to park far. But that’s not that huge of a deal. I would recommend these apartments, in which I have already. (: My son & I enjoy our little home.

Check Out for 2019 / 2020 .I have been here since 2007 and have seen Alot of changes, Back in 2007 It was called Pavillion which didnt last long before [email protected] Centre bougbt the property and they did All the upgrades like the Tile floors and Microwaves above the Ovens in alot of units but not All of them. There are more 1 bedrooms than 2 & 3 bedrooms, the only downfall is that the 1 bedrooms do not have washer & dryer connections which sucks just the 2 and 3 bedrooms do. Along witb the 7 pools i think scattered throughout the complex. Also they use to be the Resident Services office at the Shiloh Rd. End. It was convenient to just go in and pay rent or any other reasons so we didnt have to deal with leasing office at all, but now with new owners us residents do with very little parking spaces that there is and the congested traffic coming in from road. I think it should of kept it opened but there are always changes with new property owners in any kind of business ya know. The new owners have been Very GooD with me & reasonable. This is too long a review but i hope it helped you in some way. And No i dont work for staff because usually when people write a review like this they assume its an employee, Its not just my opinion since i have been here for awhile. Thanks for reading

I placed a maintenance request that was a high priority yet not an emergency. My maintenance issue was taken care of within a day and a half. The office followed up with a phone call to make sure the issue had been resolved. Seacrest has great customer service, maintenance and follow up!!! The staff ROCKS!!!!

Very nice place to live, nice neighborhood and close to all stores and roads. Place is clean and they keep it always looking good. I love it, I will definitely recomend it to friends and family.

I have lived here many years . In all the years I have lived here manger Nora Roman is by far the best manager I have experienced. Her personal caring for us who live here is outstanding. She keeps this place running well with her office and maintenance staff. I hope as long as I live here she remains the manager. Eddie Wilson

Love my place, it’s roomy! Great location, plenty of parking! Updated interior so my apartment feels brand new! I do not hear any neighbors and I am on 1st floor. Office Staff is Amazing! They get things done promptly.

Alex Alcala is who first assisted me 4 years ago when i was apartment hunting and she was and still is just the best. Professional, respectful and Caring. Everyone is just great! Maintenance shows up really fast to fix problems. The phone hold time at times maybe long but don't worry once you get to speak with someone they will help you throughly and professionally. Sincerely... a current happy tenant.

This is my first apartment in my name and the first moment I came to see one I was greeted and felt at home. The staff all smiled helped me and to my location. Since i have been happy to call this my home .

My apartment has awesome natural lighting. I put in a maintenance request at 11:00 pm and the next day when I got home from work my problem was fixed. 2 thumbs up!!

Very like-able place to live.

I live at 289T. I just wanted to compliment Horhay. He has worked on my A/C to get it working. Most recently he fixed a electric problem I was having. He is very professional and very polite. He represents Seacrest very well. Please pass on my thanks to him. Eddie Wilson

I have lived in Lancaster, Mesquite, Dallas, but living ihere in Garland at the Seacrest apartment has been my best experience. Not any problems with getting things done. Quiet and I feel safe . Clean and more than 3 Pool areas. I have been here for over 6 years and have no plans to leave . The staff are amazing, I feel I have known them all my life. They are real people. I love these apartments. If you are looking for a great place to live I truly recommend Seacrest Apartment.

Seacrest has been nothing but amazing to me and my children. Anytime I have had a maintenance issue they have been very responsive and professional. Management is always on top of things. I can't begin to express my appreciation to Nora, Larissa, Alex, Maya, and well everyone in the office.

I have lived in these apartments almost 1 year. I have had normal household stuff break/stop working and I conveniently put in a Maintenence request online and it was fixed by the next day or two. The pools were rarely open this summer but you could tell they were improving them so it wasn't a big deal. The community is very nice as well as the people. It is VERY quiet even on the weekends. Parking sucks (seems to only be in the part I live in though sooo maybe they just leased everyone in my apartments at one time?) if you come after 8pm. I've had any problems with any neighbors. VERY trustworthy community. If I go to check the mail I don't have to worry about remembering to lock my door (not that it shouldn't be a habit, but it's nice to not have to worry if I forget). Seacrest has many community events and the office is extremely helpful. This is my first apartment so I didn't have high expectations but afer living here I think they'll be hard to beat!! Don't hesitate to sign the lease, Seacrest is amazing!

This is a wonderful community with plenty of trees.
